Mr. Randall Brooks
On a totally different note...the last I heard about the Randall situation was that you guys were going to email him and explain that you were still interested in coming to NZ. Did you ever hear back from him? I would like to send him an email just to say thanks for meeting with us and everything. Can I get his email address from one of you?
p.s. i love blogging. but we should also keep in contact via phone and real live visits so we don't forget what we sound and look like. thats important. we should be intentional about that. eh? here is my most recent photo in case you forgot what I look like. i took it this morning in the bathroom.

I have been in contact with Randall. In fact I just recieved an email from him today saying that he hopes that we can meet on June 4 in Bloomington, IL, to talk. Hopefully we will be able to. He has asked if we have any plans in particular. My impression is that he thought we were completely scrapping any plan that we have ever had, but I told him that Jeff suggested a possibility that us, you guys, and Hamish/Molly start a team together. I reminded him that you are still looking at the idea of being church planters in general. His email adress is thebrooks@slingshot.co.nz. I hope that helps. By the way, you look hot in that picture. I don't see how Whitney is able to keep her hands off of you at work.

So, did Randall give you an idea of what he wanted to talk about? Or did it sound like he just wants to catch up on your situation? That could be a very enlightening conversation. I'm going to send him an email today and let him know where we are in the process and stuff.
Oh, and you're right...ever since I got the glasses and the new haircut, Whitney is always wanting to take trips to smoochville while we're in the office!

Smoochville, ey? Umm, I think randall just wants to see where we are at and maybe make some suggestions, see where he can help, that kind of thing. I don't know of any particular agenda. If you guys could make in on the 4th you are welcome to, as far as Amy and I are concerned.
Also, if you have any more pictures since the make over, can you please send those, via email? I am thinking of making a new slide presentation listing each team member and thier stregnths, and we all know what your # 1 strength is.
