Blessings!

Hello fellow bloggers. Hamish and Molly...I figured that you probably have a new address, I was wondering if you could share that with us please. Joe and I are very excited about NZ right now! We have spent the better part of this week finishing up the major part of getting our support letters out. We are excited, and speaking for myself, anxious to see how God will use our friends and family to encourage and support our ministry! Last night (Wednesday) we were updating our list and sending out the last of our almost 200 letters and we got a phone call from one of our good friends (Candace Baker...her and her husband are up near Chicago doing a church plant...they are interested in joining a team in NZ in a couple of years). Anyway she called and said that she had great news and asked me to guess...naturally I guessed all of the wonderful things, babies, puppies, new jobs, etc...and she was like it's even better. She went on to tell me that their new church had decided to start a mission's team. They asked her to be the head of the team! This is something she has wanted for a while and she is very excited about the opportunities it will bring. She called us knowing that we are at the beginning of our support raising to let us know all about it! We are so excited to see what will happen with this. It was perfect timing too because it was like God was saying to me (again) See, I am in control...I will take care of you before you even ask...I know what you need! It gave me such a sense of peace. We will keep you updated with the happenings of that. I now have a week of school under my belt and I am still feeling great. I love school but I tend to freak out on ocassion...I'm sure you can't imagine that, seeing as I am usually cool, calm, and collected! Hope everyone has a great weekend!
