Some Good News
Hey team. We had a good weekend in Zanesville. The meeting went well. The missions team was encouraging about the presentation and materials. The only thing we would've changed is that we would've tried to keep it shorter. I think we went for an hour and a half and we still didn't get to everything we had planned!!
We don't know anything yet as far as a response from the team because they wanted to look over our materials on their own and get back to us after their next meeting on Oct. 15th. However, it looks like they will be supporting us. We are thanking God already for whatever they decide to give.
Also, during the presentation, we informed them of the airline tickets we needed for Hamish and Molly to return for the assessment. They replied only a half-hour after we left the room and told us they are going to donate $1000.00 for this!! Woo hoo!! So, Hamish and Molly, the check is being sent to SPCF this week. I will contact E. Richard and let him know. You guys can work out the details with him. Mr. Crabtree's email address is SPCF222@aol.com. Praise God for giving us a generous and missions-minded church like North Terrace.
We are sending both of you (flammers and taylors) 3 copies of the team DVD and a folder with all of our materials we used in the meeting for your own use. We put them in the mail today, so they should get to ILL in a couple of days and to NZ within a couple of weeks. If you would like extra copies of the DVD to send to potential supporters, just let us know. I'm going to start making copies so we can have extras on hand to send out. It will cost us approximately $2.00 per copy for the DVD and case. If we buy in bulk, the price will probably go down from that, so I'll let you know.
Have a good week! Thanks for your prayers!

Hey Nate and Whitney,
Words simply cannot describe how appreciative Molly and I are about what you have done. You (and the Flammers as well) have been so supportive to us, and are really going out of your way to help us. thank you!
It is also exciting to see God's working in all of this. Lately, I have been feeling a little down about things (I can go into that later), and this is a real pump. God is doing things here!!
God bless in the rest of the support raising!

No worries, Hamish. We just said the word and they provided it...well, God provided.
Keep your head up. I just told Joe on the phone the other day that there will surely be times when each of us will feel down or unable to complete the task at hand. God knows his people have a tendency to get that way, which is one reason why He gave us community. It is always a great help to be encouraging each other and meeting together when we can.
Hebrews 10:25
Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Be encouraged all of us for His great plans for us have not yet been fully revealed. He has a heart for the nations and His will will be fulfilled!
Philippians 1:6
being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
See you soon!
