Where to meet in Cincy & other stuff

Here is a quick message from Reuben:
We are definately keen to catch up with you all in Cincinnati on the 30th if at all possible. We will be driving back from Wisconsin that day but will plan to be back by whatever time we plan to meet - just tell us where and when and we'll be there.

Looking forward to it

Reub

I went ahead and arranged a place for us to meet. I hope that is okay. We will meet at the Olive Garden just off of I-275 on Colerain Ave. in Cincinnati. We will be coming from all different directions and this seemed to be the best location in a somewhat quiet restaurant. Here are some general directions:

On the NW part of I-275 in Cincinnati:
1. Take exit 33 (OH-126/US-27)
2. At the end of the exit ramp, go south/east (that's a Right turn if you're coming from the south side)
3. Go 0.6 miles and arrive at Olive Garden: 9654 Colerain Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45251
(adjacent to Northgate Mall)

We will meet you there at 7:30pm or as close to that time as possible.

Also, here are the final plans for our stay in KY. This is actally an update to what I had Joe post on the other blog. My dad's church had originally decided to put us up in a hotel, but they called to let me know of a better and easier plan for us.
Since they now have showers in the church and an overnight hospitality ministry that they use for people needing a place to stay, they are going to set up three separate areas with beds in the church for each of us couples. That way we can arrive as late as we want and we won't be rushed in the morning. Plus the van will be right there in the parking lot. My brother, Dave, who is the youth minister there will meet us up there when we arrive. Still no need for sleeping bags. They will provide everything. See you all in Cincinnati on Monday!

Sounds good to us. Usually when we sleep at church it is on the pews! I love a good slumber party. Looking forward to next week. I talked to E Richard and he said that he heard we loved Red Lobster. I just replied with an "mmmm" and left it at that. He said in order to have an authentic experience we are going to eat fish all week like they do in NZ. But not really. Hope everyone is ready...I'm getting a little jumpy and nervous...I'm ordering extra meds this week for my EOD, hopefully I can keep it under control!
